Are you accepting new patients? Our Columbus office is seeing new patients ages 12 and up. Contact us to get started with your intake appointment. Our Bowling Green office is not seeing new patients at this time. If you'd like to be added to a wait-list, please contact us to let us know.
Do you accept insurance? Yes, please visit our Pricing page to see which plans are accepted.
Do you offer sliding scale cash-pay options? Yes, we do offer sliding scale fees, contingent on household income, upon request. There are group 1 and 2 options based on income. For clients seeking therapy, many of our therapists are credentialed under Open Path Collective, and the lowest cost per therapy appointment through that program is $70. This does not apply to any evaluations or medication appointments, as these are with our Nurse Practitioners. Please ask us for more information, or to request to be evaluated for qualification of our sliding scale.
What are your office hours? Each provider has a different set of hours, but we provide evening time slots to assist as many clients as possible. Our administrative hours are as follows: Monday: 8 AM to 4 PM Tuesday: 11 AM to 7 PM Wednesday: 8 AM to 4 PM Thursday: 11 AM to 7 PM Friday - Sunday: Closed
Do you prescribe controlled substances? We work collaboratively with you to ensure that you have the care you need. We use evidence-based practice guidelines as well. We are able to provide stimulants when indicated. We do not prescribe benzodiazepines.
Do you offer testing? Yes, we are happy to offer both Autism and ADHD evaluations. ADHD evaluations are availble to clients aged 16 and older. Autism evaluations can be completed with clients aged 18 and older. Schedule an initial call to discuss this service further. We also offer therapy and medication management.
What area do you serve? We serve clients throughout the state of Ohio.

Do I have to be seen in-person, or is telehealth available? We offer both in-person and telehealth services. Be sure to discuss this with staff during your intake appointment.
