Megan Keppler
Megan Keppler is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is a graduate of Ohio State University who is excited to work with underserved communities. She looks forward to continuing her education on her own so she can continue to learn the best tools and strategies to treat her clients.

Megan is a member of multiple minority groups and grew up in small-town Ohio. She is acutely aware of the hardships and difficulties faced by minority populations and marginalized people especially in environments that are not safe. She is aware that many humans are let down and disenfranchised by our current systems and she works everyday to fix the systems she can and fight against the ones she cannot.

She is a polyamory-affirming, kink-aware provider who believes that everyone deserves judgement free access to holistic healthcare. She hopes to create a space where all her clients feel safe to be their authentic selves and can receive the compassionate care they need.

Tandy Cyrus
Greetings! My name is Tandy Cyrus. I am a licensed therapist in Ohio with over 10 years of experience. I have worked in both community mental health and private practice settings. I have partnered with clients that have had a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, bi-polar disorder, post-partum depression, OCD, career stress, childhood trauma and anger management issues.
My counseling style is warm and personable. I enjoy working with people to help them reach their full potential and lessen symptoms of their mental health issues. The counseling techniques that I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. I will work with you to help you triage areas that need worked on first, treatment goals to help you reach your potential, and learn coping skills to maintain progress that we made.
I am ready to put in the effort with you to help you take the first steps to reclaim your life and make progress on your mental health needs. I am excited to work with you!

Jennifer Tiedt
I'm Jennifer Tiedt, and I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree as well as an LISW-S license, with over a decade of experience as a social worker. Throughout my career, I've dedicated several years to working with community mental health agencies, in addition to operating my private therapy practice. My primary goal has always been to offer person-centered and individually tailored care to my clients.
In 2023 I joined Spectrum Mental Health Care as the Clinical Supervisor as well as a therapist. My focus has extended to understanding and addressing the unique challenges and needs of seniors, individuals living in poverty, women, and members of the LGBTQ community. It's been a fulfilling journey, and I'm committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those I serve.

Kelsey Fairchild
Kelsey is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who graduated from Ohio State. Prior to her nursing career, Kelsey completed a B.A. in psychology and biology at Capital University in 2016. She grew up in Toledo, OH and experienced early on how mental health stigmatization can be one of the biggest barriers to care. Since 15 years old, she knew her passion would be breaking that stigma.
During her early career, Kelsey began working at Ramapo for Children with their Staff Assistant Experience, geared towards young adults on the autism spectrum. Teaching independent living skills, interpersonal and coping skills, she grew in understanding the importance of individualizing goals while recognizing unmet needs in those she helped.
Through the years, Kelsey has been able to work with more communities such as LGBTQIA+, older adults adjusting to role changes, and individuals impacted by past trauma. She believes in meeting medication management with holistic care, as well as helping clients identify their goals for their mental health and how to meet them. She notes the importance of trauma informed care and creating a safe, judgement free environment where clients can be who they are.

Cat Coolidge
Cat Coolidge is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with 5 years working with complex family systems as well as both adolescent and adult clients. She has training in many forms of therapy including CBT, DBT, TF- CBT, and MI. and specializes in mental health disorders and complex trauma.
She grew up in central Ohio, graduated from OSU, and understands firsthand how mental health can affect every aspect of life, and how much pressure that can be. Since she has worked with various populations, she is skilled at finding resources and connecting you to them, no matter where you are. Because of this skill, Cat strives to connect the need of resources and ongoing counseling, so that every person can get support meeting their needs.
Cat is a polyamory affirming provider that uses modern and personal counseling styles to provide a consistent space to promote understanding, healing, and growth no matter where clients are in their journey. Cat seeks to create a place to learn about therapy and feel safe to work on continued self-awareness for all clients.

Stephanie Huber
Stephanie is a Licensed Social Worker who has been providing mental health care to families, individuals, and couples since she began her career in 2018. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Ashland University in 2018 and completed her Master’s degree with Ohio State University in 2022. She has training in several different therapeutic approaches including, DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Stephanie is experienced working with many different mental health disorders, complex trauma, and systems-based challenges. She is not afraid to take on difficult challenges and support her clients in every way she can. She has worked with individuals and families from many different backgrounds and cultures and of ages spanning from early childhood into late adulthood.
Stephanie brings a strengths-based and person centered approach to her work and values the relationship she builds with her clients as a foundation to successful treatment. She works hard to provide a space that is safe, calm, and affirming and encourages all those she interacts with to be their true and genuine selves. She is ready to meet you and help you continue your path to better mental health and a more fulfilling life.

Hi, my name is Megan Hirschfeld. I am a licensed social worker in the state of Ohio. I have had experience working in both community mental health and private practice settings. I have always been passionate about helping others during difficult times in life. My passion has led me to complete my education at Ohio University, where I got my master’s degree in social work.
During times of struggle, people need somewhere to turn to navigate difficult times. It is my goal to create a safe and inviting place for my clients to feel welcomed, as well as accepted and heard. I love forming strong connections with my clients and watching them grow within their therapeutic journey. I take a multidimensional approach based on the needs of my clients because no two people are the same. I want to help you heal and grow towards your goals in life.

Arielle Patty
Hello! I'm Arielle Patty, and I've been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2016. My primary focus is gender affirming care, including identity exploration and barriers to transition, along with other LGBTQ+ needs. I’m also very passionate about empowering those who have experienced interpersonal violence, and have 10+ years of experience in advocacy for survivors of sexual & domestic violence. My other area of focus is neurodivergence, especially with folks diagnosed in late adolescence or adulthood. These identities and issues often overlap, and I strive to honor the whole, intersectional person.
My approach is rooted in radical acceptance, collaboration, and empowerment. You are the #1 expert on you! If you choose to build a therapeutic relationship with me, I’ll be a passenger on your journey to offer support and direction, while you drive the bus. I chose to become a therapist because my own healing was positively impacted by excellent mental health providers, and I hope to pay it forward!

McKenzie Lanigan
McKenzie Lanigan is a licensed social worker in the state of Ohio. McKenzie is an alumni from The Ohio State University where she received her Bachelor of Art in Psychology and a minor in professional writing. McKenzie is also a recent graduate of the University of Cincinnati with her Master of Social Work.
McKenzie is from a small town in central Ohio. She understands that inequality is prevalent in healthcare and that this inequality affects minority group’s access to care. As a social worker, she understands the importance of advocating for those who cannot advocate for themselves and always putting the client’s needs first. McKenzie’s experience includes working with women dealing with substance use issues and mental health issues.

Michelle Marko
Michelle is a psychiatric mental health nurse (PMHNP) and family nurse practitioner (FNP), graduating from Mount Carmel College of Nursing. She started her career after obtaining a BS in Family & Child Development from Ohio University, then transitioned to a long journey in healthcare. Michelle has over 21 years of healthcare experience in a variety of settings, including 10 years as a nurse educator and the past 7 years as an advanced practice provider in both primary care and community outpatient mental health settings. She has held several leadership & management positions throughout her career.
Michelle has an interest working with vulnerable populations, having precepted with Mount Carmel Street Medicine serving Columbus’ homeless population, and later working with clients with developmental disabilities and those with substance use disorders. With sensitivity and understanding of the many barriers to care, she strives to provide trauma-informed care in a comforting, welcoming space. Michelle believes in meeting clients where they are on their journey towards improved mental health and overall wellness.
